Cookies are small text files that a browser stores on a user's device when using the Internet. Cookies are used for many reasons, the most common of which is to allow the Marketplace to function properly.

A cookie stored on a user's device allows the Marketplace to remember the device and collect information about which pages and features are used by the user's browser. This allows companies like us to see how popular certain pages are, or which pages are infrequently visited, so that we can improve them.

In practice, it is technically necessary to store cookies in order to provide services on the Internet. For example, in an online store, it is important for the website to remember which users have visited the store and which products they have viewed and added to their shopping cart. Cookies ensure that the website remembers the contents of the user's shopping cart when the user goes back to view other products, for example.

Cookies cannot be used to determine a user's identity or other personal information. Cookies do not spread computer viruses or other malware and cannot collect information about what a user is doing on their computer.

We use cookies for several purposes. First, cookies are used to gather statistics. This allows us to study how our marketplace is being used and to improve the usability of it. The statistics are anonymous, of course.

We also use cookies for technical reasons. As mentioned above, the use of cookies is essential for the marketplace to function. Our online marketplace must remember the user's login information and the contents of the shopping cart, and this can only be done by using cookies.

We also use cookies for marketing purposes to monitor the use of different pages. These cookies are used to build profiles of users' search and browsing behavior.

We also use cookies to monitor users' browsing habits and activities. We use the information we collect to display targeted content to users.

We are required to ask for your consent to store cookies on your device. Consent is requested the first time you visit our marketplace. An information bar will appear at the bottom of the page stating that the Marketplace uses cookies and where you can click to read more about cookies. If you do not click anything, but continue to the marketplace, only the cookies necessary for the marketplace described in the cookie settings will be activated. However, the information bar will not disappear until you have agreed to the use of cookies.

You can also manage and stop the use of cookies that are not necessary for the Marketplace in the Cookie Settings located in the footer of the Marketplace.

You can also disable the storage of cookies on your device in your browser settings. In this case, however, you should be aware that not all features of the Marketplace will work as well as possible. You can check which cookies are stored on your device at any time, and you can modify or delete stored cookies.

If you do not want to enable cookies, most new browsers allow you to select advanced cookie settings under Internet Options and add this domain to the list of websites whose cookies are not enabled. These settings also allow you to delete cookies stored by the browser, either individually or all at once.

Certain performance and marketing measurement products we use are set with a server-to-server connection. This means that you cannot manage these cookies and data collection in your browser settings or with ad blockers. However, you can always manage these cookies and data collection through the cookie settings located in the footer of Marketplace.

We use several types of cookies. Google ads cookies are used to track which ads a user sees and how effective the ads generated by Google's advertising products are. In addition, cookies are used to compile statistics to record a user's browsing behavior: how many times the user's computer or device has visited our marketplace, how long the user has been in the marketplace, and how the user accessed the marketplace (e.g., via Google). The Marketplace also uses other cookies to remember the user's language selection so that the user does not have to select the language each time. Cookies are used to provide a user with a unique session identifier that is deleted when the user closes the browser. In addition, the marketplace uses technical cookies to ensure that the user is directed to the correct regional section of the marketplace and to keep page elements open.

In our Marketplace, the payment service is provided by Klarna Ab ("Klarna") (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden), which also uses cookies to provide the best possible user experience during the payment phase.
