Bergdis Viita
The Bergdis trousers are made of a cotton and linen blend twill in the Viita pattern. The pleated trousers have a rounded cut and cropped trouser legs. They have slanted side pockets and a faux welt pocket in the back. The waistband features belt loops and the trousers fasten with a zipper and hook and eye closure in the front.
Our trousers are sewn using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary slightly. Each item is unique.
Antti Kekki got the idea for the Viita (thicket) pattern from thick and wildly growing plants. The pattern depicts the delicate early summer with its fresh bendy branches and buds about to blossom. Viita was created by combining compositions of different branches and blossoms cut from paper into a larger pattern.

A – Collar: The collar size is measured by placing the tape measure around the neck, with index finger between the tape measure and the throat. This measurement determines the shirt size.
B – Bust: The bust size is measured at the fullest point of the bust while wearing a bra.
C – Waist: The waist size is measured around the narrowest point of the waist.
D – Hip: The hip measurement is taken at the widest part of the hips.
E – Inside leg: The inside leg measurement is taken from the crotch to the floor.
