Helmat Nokturno
The Helmat organic cotton poplin shirt dress has a relaxed, straight fit and it is printed in the Nokturno pattern. The dress has a banded collar with a ribbon closure, a short, concealed button closure in the front, a reinforced bib front with stitched pleats, and side seam pockets. The cuffed elbow-length sleeves have slits with ribbon closures in the back seams. The dress has a yoke seam and a pleat in the back.
Our dresses are sewn using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary. Each item is unique.
Antti Kekki created Nokturno (nocturne) with cut-out paper flowers, leaves, and stems. Complementing the cuts of a garment, this summer night flower meadow inspires amazement and admiration. Even familiar plants in one´s garden take on a new appearance at night when the moonlight sketches their contours.
