We will refund you if your item is never shipped or has been misrepresented by the seller. Otherwise, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not allowed.
When you shop with Marimekko Pre-loved, you have 3 days after receiving your item to report any misrepresentation. Simply contact our customer support. After 3 days, payment will be automatically released to the seller, and refunds can no longer be requested
If we verify that the item was misrepresented, we will email you a shipping label for the return. You will have 6 days to ship the item, after which you will receive a full refund.
